Technology integration is utilizing technology to enhance teaching and learning throughout all curricular areas for all students.
Based upon TEA's Technology TEKS for grades K-2 and 3-5, Spring Branch I.S.D. has developed an Elementary Technology Scope and Sequence of skills that are to be taught in each of the elementary grade levels to support technology integration.
The seven areas of technology skills include: Computer Basics & Keyboarding, Word Processing, Drawing & Graphics, Presentations, Spreadsheets, Databases, and Electronic Reference & Internet.
